  • Hyaluronic acid is a large molecule with a very high water binding. Hyaluronic acid therefore supports the moistening of the eye and is contained in many tear substitutes. 

  • In VisuXL®, the hyaluronic acid is cross-linked creating a 3-dimensional network structure. Studies show that, compared to linear hyaluronic acids, this leads to a better and longer residence time on the surface of the eye and thus promotes moisturization. A slower decomposition of the cross-linked hyaluronic acid also supports a better stability of the tear film.

Coenzyme Q10 supports the recovery of the damaged tissue on the ocular surface

  • With the unique combination of coenzyme Q10 and cross-linked hyaluronic acid, the eye can be protected from dehydration and damage to the cornea.

Xailin Eye Gel

Xailin Gel is an innovative new eye gel based on carbomer - if liquid tear substitutes are not enough for you during the day, then try Xailin Gel.

Xailin Gel is the first carbomer gel in a multidose that contains no preservatives on the eye. Xailin Gel remains on the surface of the eye, making it a long-lasting alternative to artificial teardrop drops to soothe and relieve dry eye symptoms.

Xailin Gel contains 0.2% carbomer. The gel is available in a convenient tube with ten grams of eye gel and is very easy to use with the tube. Since carbomer gels are otherwise often sold in single pipettes and are so often difficult for the patient to handle, the company VISUfarma has opted for innovative administration in a multiple tube.
